Jesse Nash, Attorney at Law

​

Jesse Nash is the founder and currently the sole practitioner of  David Law, PLC.  His legal practice covers Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Administration, Business Acquisitions, Business Succession, Business Formation, Contracts, Property, and Civil Litigation related to any of those legal areas mentioned above.  Jesse is also an appellate attorney in the Michigan Court of Appeals and Michigan Supreme Court.

On the business side of his practice, Jesse focuses on small to medium sized companies.  He enjoys the personal connections with these companies and their owners, and he strives to help them thrive in their respective markets.

Jesse’s family was from the Southfield area and then moved to a small community south of Lansing where he spent most of his middle childhood and early adult years. He eventually moved to Grand Rapids to complete a bachelor of arts in music where he met and married his spouse. In 2008, Jesse and his family relocated to Bangladesh where he taught in a diverse international school whose student body was represented by over 30 countries.

 

After returning to Michigan, Jesse attended and graduated magna cum laude from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. While attending, he was a regional quarter-finalist in the Jessup International Law Moot Court competition, held the post of Senior Associate Editor, was nominated into the National Order of Scribes in 2014, and attained numerous certificates of merit.
